T7 GLOBAL USHERS IN NEW LUNAR YEAR WITH OPEN HOUSE
Oil and Gas (“O&G”) service provider T7 Global Berhad (“T7 Global” or “The Group”) hosted a Chinese New Year Open House to celebrate the 2019 Chinese New Year with our business partners, corporate and media friends this evening. The joyous event was held at The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur’s Majestic Ballroom on the 15 February 2019.

The event was attended by over 700 guests.
In his speech, T7 Global Executive Director Tan Kay Vin welcomed the guests to the Chinese New Year Open House and expressed his appreciation for the guests’ attendance. He also reminded the audience that past years were filled with challenges, arising from continuous shifting of the economy landscape’s dynamics where the oil and gas industry in particularly was not spared.
In punctuating the importance of adaptability, he stresses, “I always believe that It is important for us to be mindful of the unpredictable industry landscape and always strive to be one of the front runners to adapt to change.” As a result of this adaptability, T7 Global Berhad shot up in the rankings from No. 98 to No. 47 in 2018, based on Malaysia Petroleum Resources Corporation’s (MPRC) latest list of Top 100 Malaysian oil and gas services and equipment companies.
Tan also revealed that the Group expects an exciting start for its aerospace industry. When its aerospace plant, which is on its final stages of setting up, is up and running, the Group strives to bridge the supply chain gap in the aerospace ecosystem.
The diversification will also see T7 Global playing its role, in no small part, in Malaysia’s vision to be the no. 1 aerospace nation in South East Asia under the Malaysian Aerospace Industry Blueprint 2030.
