NU Sentral Unveils Feline-Inspired Hari Raya Campaign and Charitable Initiative
NU Sentral, the premier shopping destination in KL Sentral, is delighted to announce its Hari Raya festivities with a unique twist. Embracing the universal affection for feline companions, NU Sentral is set to whisk visitors away into a whimsical world of feline fun that promises a purr-fectly delightful experience for shoppers.
The event campaign commenced on 12 March and will continue until 14 April at the Centre Court, Lower Ground floor. The mall, nestled in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, invites all patrons to experience the joy and warmth of the festive season with their families, while also extending a helping hand to those in need.
Iftar with Rumah Kebajikan Raudhatul Al Faeez
In the spirit of giving back to the community, NU Sentral was honoured to organize a special Iftar with the children of Rumah Kebajikan Raudhatul Al Faeez. This heartwarming gathering aimed to spread joy and create lasting memories for the children during this festive season.
The “Jalinan Kasih” event on 4 April 2024, served as a platform to bring joy to those in need. The mall was delighted to welcome 28 children and five guardians from the home, to join us in this celebration. The event, held at Centre Court, Lower Ground floor, was attended by General Manager of Leasing and Marketing Department, Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad (PHB), Puan Fauziah Mohd Azali, Head of Retail for NU Sentral, Ms. Alice You, as well as the Principal of Pertubuhan Kebajikan Raudhatul Al Faeez, Puan Zahrina Saat.
The highlight of the evening was the heartwarming performance by the children of the home, showcasing their talents and spreading joy to shoppers. NU Sentral was thrilled to provide a platform for these young performers to shine and inspire others with their creativity and enthusiasm.
Decathlon, as one of the anchor tenants of NU Sentral, also played a pivotal role in contributing to this charitable event. The children attending the event were offered the chance to participate in a range of activities aimed at enhancing their survival skills, including talks on Surviving Skills and Camping Skills sessions.
Furthermore, they had the opportunity to engage in thrilling activities such as Archery, Scooter Racing and Basketball Shooting, all generously provided by the Decathlon NU Sentral team before the iftar session.
In recognition of their invaluable efforts in providing care and support to orphans and asnaf, NU Sentral made a humble cash donation to Pertubuhan Kebajikan Raudhatul Al Faeez, further supporting their noble cause.
Additionally, the mall distributed duit raya and delightful goodies to the children, spreading smiles and festive cheer throughout the community Moreover, as part of the extended festivities, NU Sentral will be organizing a series of events and activities throughout the campaign period. These activities will include Raya Packets redemption, Raya Bazaar, Free Bubur Lambuk, Buskers performances, workshops and many more, providing visitors with an enriching and immersive experience.
